My stay at Hotel Rex in Bad Wiessee was a delightful experience. The hotel is surrounded by a magnificent 5000m^2 nature park, with a serene water lily pond and charming trails to explore. The rooms are tastefully designed with a strong affection for history, exuding warmth and individuality. I particularly enjoyed the late breakfast option until 1:30 pm in the cozy niches of the lobby, a truly relaxing way to start the day. The "organic corner" was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of healthy options to keep guests fit and energized throughout their stay. The free buffet breakfast provided a great selection of regional cuisine, setting the tone for a day full of exploration in the German countryside. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary spa services, such as reflexology, added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. The hotel offers free use of bicycles, perfect for engaging in activities like cycling and hiking in the surrounding picturesque landscapes. Hotel Rex is a haven for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat in a beautiful mountain idyll.
